Online Store Terms

Products & Services

  • All DTF transfers and custom apparel are made-to-order based on the artwork and details provided by you.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Pricing for our products is subject to change without notice.

  • We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate to the final printed product.

Accuracy of Information

  • We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

  • Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Orders & Payment

  • All sales are final once placed. Please double-check your artwork files, sizes, and shipping details.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • If we cannot fulfill an order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your payment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times vary by product type (see Shipping Policy).

  • Inked Mesh is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS/UPS) or for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and return policies are outlined in detail in our Refund Policy. Custom products are non-refundable except in cases of verified defects or misprints.

Intellectual Property

All artwork you upload remains your property. By submitting files, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to reproduce the designs. Inked Mesh is not liable for copyright/trademark issues related to submitted artwork.

Limitation of Liability

Inked Mesh LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind arising from use of our products, including but not limited to misprints caused by low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or customer-supplied errors.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any agreements for services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
