Shipping policy

Processing & Turnaround

  • DTF Single Sheets – Eligible for 1-day turnaround (when ordered before cut-off).

  • Gang Sheets – Typically ship within 1–3 business days, depending on volume.

  • Custom Apparel – Standard production is 5–7 business days. Rush options may be available.

  • Orders begin processing once artwork is uploaded, payment is confirmed, and files are approved.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS.

  • Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

  • Free Local Pickup is available at our shop:

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after production.

  • Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days (when available).

  • Please note: carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, we cannot refund or replace the order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

  • If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
