Refund policy
Custom DTF Transfers & Apparel
All of our DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom apparel are made-to-order based on the artwork and details you provide. Because each item is customized, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind after an order is placed

Artwork uploaded with poor resolution, incorrect sizing, or design mistakes

Apparel ordered in the wrong size or color

Orders lost in shipping due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives:

Defective

Different from what you ordered
contact us within 7 days of delivery at inkedmesh@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll reprint or refund the item at no additional cost.
Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a carrier (USPS/UPS) marks the package as “Delivered”, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

If your order is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
Refunds & Reprints

Refunds, when approved, are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For approved reprints, we cover the cost of production and shipping.
Shipping Returns
Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
