Refund policy

Custom DTF Transfers & Apparel

All of our DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom apparel are made-to-order based on the artwork and details you provide. Because each item is customized, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after an order is placed

  • Artwork uploaded with poor resolution, incorrect sizing, or design mistakes

  • Apparel ordered in the wrong size or color

  • Orders lost in shipping due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives:

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Different from what you ordered

contact us within 7 days of delivery at inkedmesh@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll reprint or refund the item at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

  • If a carrier (USPS/UPS) marks the package as “Delivered”, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

  • If your order is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.


Refunds & Reprints

  • Refunds, when approved, are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For approved reprints, we cover the cost of production and shipping.


Shipping Returns

Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom DTF transfers & apparel

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items
